Start by making sure your power supply is properly connected and that you can measure the correct voltage on the pixel connectors. Then verify that you have the data input on the pixels (marked DI) connected to the LeDMX4, not DO (which is Data Out). Also try all ports (make sure you're sending data to the correct universe id) and if possible test a different strand of pixels.
